Zinus is the world’s number 1 mattress company. With over 500,000 five-star reviews, Zinus has built a community that loves its product.

But buying home products from a company without a physical store can be daunting. Our goal was to settle customers nerves, answer questions and create content that got straight to the point. In doing this, we found ways to show how customers could “Afford To Be You” and built brand recognition for Zinus as not only the world’s number 1 mattress company but the world’s number 1 online home brand.



I Had The Same Question Campaign


We did this with a little influence and the “I had the same question” campaign was born. Using questions collated from reviews and message board questions, we set about finding influencers who could try a Zinus product and answer common questions.

We engaged with over 30 people ranging from mico-influencers to pretty mega influencers. The program was such a success that it extended from the USA to the Australian market where we engaged with locals to answer some more region/country-specific questions to help everyone #AffordToBeYou.

While engaging with the influencers, we received testimonials that were edited for brevity, product and lifestyle photography and Instagram posts and stories.
